Complimentary Consultation
We will meet either in-person or virtually so we can get to know each other a bit and you can see if I would be a good fit for your birth team.
Prenatal Visits
We will meet once or twice in-person for about 1.5-2 hours each time to discuss your personal needs/preferences for labor, birth and postpartum.
24/7 Support
Phone, text and/or email support anytime from the moment you sign your contract.

On Call for You
On call availability from 38 weeks to 42 weeks gestation.
Labor Support
Phone or text support during early labor before you need me and in-person support whenever you're ready.
Postpartum Support
One in-person postpartum visit within the first 2 weeks of birth.
Professional Recommendations
I provide recommendations and help you find the right care provider, birthing location, massage therapist, lactation consultant, etc.
